I agree with you XY. Roots means nothing till we do something to make sure we are connected ethenically, regionlly, religiously and family. Root does not mean anything. I strogly believe NRIs are most Indians as compared to we Indians living in India. How many of us get up and stand with respect when national anthem is played? How and why do we speak of roots, when we do not know what needs to be done to show connection with the roots.
