Should be very careful, But it helps a lot for getting Votes. I remember Vajpayee giving a speech in Coimbatore, TN in last election. He was seperated by 50 m away from the crowd and he was talking Hindi, nobody had any impact on his speech. Atlast the Communist won the Coimbatore constituency.
