Very Right by force or by legislation the West Bengal Govt.is acquiring or vesting lands. These lands are being occupied by OIL Corporations who had taken it on lease.The lease is over since long but they refuse to hand over the land and are being supported by the State Govt. Even rents sine 1981 are being taken by the Govt.who do not care about the landowners and whose only livelyhood was the land. They are leasing to Tata for 99 years land for peanuts and depriving legal landowners from their land. No politician talks about this unjust act and all keeping quiet while we have to go to the courts for the last 25 years.
