Let me correct you, Technically he may be a Mohajir but for all practical reasons he is not. Mohajirs are non-punjabi, non-sindhi, mostly they are URDU speaking people from INDIA, but they also include sizeable population from rest of India, since in India form British time, Hindi/Hindustani was spoken in the wider population, they came to be know as that.
