Well to answer the points raised by you first of all while work in going on in trying to attract investment in the state, parallely work is also going on in reopening the closed industries to name a few Dunlop, revival of IISCO, paper factory in Raniganj..see this would take time and we cant sit and wait for these industries to open and then start bringing in frest investments. these two processes have to go parallely..even if all the closed factories are opend wil it be enough..we are now say in -1 state we would go to 0 state..but are we happy being in 0 state..we need to go further and for that we need new industries..govt wont and shuld not invest in setting up new industries..its not its job..we need capital and we need industrialist..i cant speak on behalf of Salim but please donot doubt the credibility of Tata..we all know Tatas have a great Corporate Social responsibility..look at Jamshedpur and Pune (they have car factorythere)..it speaks volume of Tatas CSR..dont forget TCS is one of the biggest employer in the state..
