Chief Minister had sent the police and party cadres to Nandigram and ordered them to fire. You are behind the operation and you also ordered the arrests. You have taken the responsibility for the incident. The case has been proven against you. You must resign. If you do not, not only Bengal but the whole world will condemn you,"
At least ten Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) workers have been arrested and illegal arms seized after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) started its investigation into the causes behind the violence on the orders of the Calcutta High Court.
