Look, everything is business nowadays. Why India cannot rely on America like Japanese and Australians, for example. Why should India spend their hard earned money in defense systems? When Kuwait was under threat, they paid 5billion $ each to China, US, Russia, Brit & France under the "defence pact" arrangement and virtually allowed these countries to shield them from an aggressive enemy.
