Look China doesnt need to do any silly thing like that, China has learnt from japan, to spend as less as possible on conflicts and grow economically stronger as world respects two things...POWER and MONEY. China now has both. India is trying to ape China now. The energy we need is to not to let this tempo down, we have few reserves of oil and large deposits of coal, which is not clean. We need to do something to conserve oikl as much as possible.Maybe tap our solar energy which is available in abundance..we need to do more research in this field.
