Normally snow is on December around christmas. Thats why we call White Christmas!!! Started from few years back the Snow started coming january, feburary, march, not it is touching april also!!! All that is because of Global Warming, I think. Un predictable weather, acid rain etc. will be the by-product when burning fossile fuel!!! So, it is everybody's interest, not only India's interest to have clean Nuclear Energy!!! West should have responsible attitude with India when dealing w/ nuclear in the context of the security of India too!!!
