Dear, They are welcome on every piece of earth if they are ready to pay the market value of land, not the value decided by the registerar of that particular area as you know that in in dia these two values are much diffrent, if M P Govt want to obliged these indonesian group they must buy the land from the farmers and give them on subsidy or on lease as they want but the word aquisation create panics, in reality to farmers never get the rate which exist in market,
