Like USA have election for only one post - ie * President of India * 1]Keep his tenure of 3 years. 2]Like in USA form the system to have control on President's major decisions 3]Abolish present British system All this rat race of power game will vanish. Decide norms for the deservedness for candidate who can stand for President's poast. Let him appoint deserving candidates for different portfolios including state level.
