it is atrocious killing the people saying the name of 'development' what development we are talking about at the cost of the lives of innocent people? why we have to blame anyone else whether it is muslims or naxals or the opposition party for the inhuman behaviour of the so called Communist State? it has the responsibility to protect the interest of the people, thier lives and not killing them.
