My dear chaitanya: Green zone doesnot mean that the land is being used for agriculture. It means that the area recieves specific amount of natural water. MOre over Land and people cannot do anything UNLESS YOU INVEST MONEY. and that means REDUCING THE INTEREST RATE FOR FARMING LOANS. Please refrain from making useless arguments.
