What an idiotic statement which really shows the ignorance and foolishness on the part of the writer. This clearly states the fact who needs an allocation in a re-hab centre. People like these are not even eligible to present a mere statement leave alone a writeup or reaction to a delicate issue. It's a shame. I strongly react to the view. It's disgraceful.
