This is almost proved that we are unable to stop terrorist attacks on trains/flights etc etc. According to me we can start an experiment as hike the train fare by 5% and pay the total amount to scotland yd or any reliable govt detective agency(not Indian) and put them on contract basis to stop terrorist attacks. If it is possible to reach such contract I am sure 99% terrorist attacks will be decreased. By this method we wld prove that we are serious abt our citizen's life. When we will get success in Railway by this way then we can start the same in the other rqrd sectors. Please comment on it.
