Without support of Pakistan Government such thing can not happen. If the stern action against this are taken by Govt then it will not happen. All other are excuses. India has to build strong defence against this. Do not depend on Pakistan - what it says or gives excuses. On this front if needed take help of foreign countries who have advance technology applied to identify / arrest these militants before they act. Be bold to become pro active and not reactive. Do not look at your BALLOT BANK - look national interest. That is lacking. Do not blame others. They are bound to trouble you. If you dont act you deserve to die and cry - what else?
