We r digressing from te subject. The suspects were supposed to have got down. Normally some body with a past record is rounded up & then produced in court. So while he is a criminal or a terrorit, in this case he manages prove that he is not guilty. Our police force & the criminal system is out dated & so long this is not re-vamped, truth in such cases will never be known. No point of muslim or communist bashing.
