If take opinion of real ppl of UPwala in account, all know here ANTIINCUMBENCY like sophisticated things never worked (which may be true for other states). All that works here is simply REAL TACTICS, playing all cards. Here Elections are won by sweating out in dusty plains in chilling HOT sun, reaching out to real voter NOT by estimating strengths and weaknesses of parties in drawingroom watching TV or net.
