you are talking as if "the war on terror" is like a game. in any case the US is struggling to explain to its people the reason they invaded Iraq. If u have been following the Scooter Libby case u will know... its not the US war on terror its the Bush/Cheney?Rumsfeld war for oil and personal wealth. Killing the terrorist leader is a victory though.
