Salute Sri Sri Ravi shankar...the caste division among Hindus is social and artificial..it has no sanction in Hindu philosophy which recognizes the soul as Brahman itself...India should have been well on its way to castelessness by industrialization alone if not for its stupid economic policies. Japan had a horrible caste system where lower caste Etas were not even allowed to enter the northern islands..today Japan is casteless..people are casteless when they have money and the work they do is elevated...technology modernity and of course Hindu spirituality can be exploited to acheive a casteless Hindu society...the crematoria doms in India are the funeral parlor business in the west, and if crematoria were elevated to big business you would have Brahmins lining up to be doms.
