Congress, Lalu regularly use Maoists for votebank

As we all know, Congress made deal with Maoists in Andhra. to win last election.

Even Lalu Prasad's secret of remaining 15 years in power in Bihar partly due to fact he used Maoists similar way like Congress - but informally.
