I think the headline should read - North Korea tests another missile through pakistan. I really appreciate the cunning North Koreans to test all their missiles america's Friend as they themselves are America's Foe.... Imagine what will be the reaction by the USA if N.Korea tests such missiles which they really developed from their own soil... There will be so much hue and cry especially from USA and they might also give sanctions against N.K... Hope India can also use N.Korean strategy and start testing nuclear missiles and Nuclear bombs through Russia.
