why blame BMC, as matter of fact any city willbe like this and any Mun.corpn will not rise to the ocassion. this is a country of stupid politicians and bunch of immatured jokers. as an example i am telling some main road in hyd were carpeted in May and the rains came in june and the new road just disappeared with one big rain and traffic came to a grinding halt and somany people missed their trains and flights. indians are the most irresponsible people and the chalta hai attitude has ruined our character of the people. it is a fact we cannot solve our problems.
