All the officers from commissioners down to ward officers and below who are most corrupt should be immediately sacked means dismissed from service denying their other facilities and also their residences and offices along with their relatives places should be immediately raided to find their movable and immovable with a view to recover the wealth that is not supported by any known sources of income!
They should be immediately placed under detention prosecuting them for failure to discharge their duties!
The budget of utilities like B.M.C etc., should be drastically reduced as the excess is not going for public service but into the pockets of top officers and staff in connivance with the contract world! Perhaps, the politicians responsible should also be proceeded against! Public tax should be drastically reduced!
If these are not immediately carried out Bombay public cannot be any more silent witness to such TAMASHA year after year! THIS IS A STERN WARNING FROM PUBLIC!
