Giving Mumbai to any state will not help. It is a metro. It can solve problems of whole country and why it can manage it self. This is the heart of indian economy. Hence Mumbai is with MH or Gujrat does not matter. What matters is how we deal with this problem.
The best way is to control pollution and try to balance life with nature. If we do not control ground and air polution then duw to global warming and other side effects of polution Mumbai can go in to sea one day. We should wake p now and try to be eco friendly
