Mumbai Rains & After Effects ? Respnsible ??

I think instead of cursing Municipal Corporation Mumbai and Mharashtra Govt ,we as Indian should extend a helping hand as we are more reponsible than anyone else.

We, people are more responsible than others as we failed to keep cleanliness around us.Choking of drains is in the hands of we people .
