Long live the BMC. We have the most irresponsible people in charge here, there is no accountability at all. Just excuses and shrugs of the shoulder. In bombay, if you complain, the officers either ignore it or defend their inaction. In other countries, if you complain, they act to solve the problem. Herein lies the root cause of the difference between our decaying cities and their thriving cities.
