Rains wash off our city drainage system, airports & train gets choke, business dies..once in blue moon is ok but this happens every year more over happening in every city. The sign of development is always infrastructure & we don't show our growth though we are growing by having such a bad infrastructure. Doesn rain only happen in India? Does snow, rain, floods, sand strom doesn't happen in other countries? Be prepared to talk about the same topic next year....see you in 2008.
