A technical team from BARC, Mumbai is going scrutinize the radiation risk. But the problem lies with our security system. For example, when one goes for VISA at US consulate, how they are collecting the information and scrutinize the application. That is what our people will miss. They will simply allow them and they may take some photographs and collect some information realted to national security, as we missed in Kargil.
We should have proper mechanism to check the things thoroughly.
