ziyang zemin the ex-prenier of china said that china will be ready for democracy in 2060. he said that we dont want to be rushing towards democracy right now. when we are matured and improve economic standard for all chinese then we will go for democracy. it seems china is heading for democracy in future, while india may be heading for communist or dictator rule in future due to steep rise in unemployment.
