Our politicians are too scared to implement family planning because they will lose votes, but are not bothered about the average poor Indian lives that are getting worse by the day. In such a scenario the private sector should take the lead and have a blanket policy of jobs for single on those with one child. And not increments or bonus to those who beget more children. This will effectively curb at least urban population.
