your general knoledge is very very poor. english is not a international language. very few percent of the world population understand english. PM of europian countrys speaks only their langauage & not English. World Event like Football Worldcup, International Meeting many people use own langauage because they feel pride when they speak their langauage. but indians have forgot the meaning of pirde of the nation. indian want to live like slave. first they become slave of Maharaja, then Mughal, Then British Govt, & now Western Culture.
