The term 'secondary citizen' is generally used by those persons who are jealous of others who settle elsewhere in the world, like the 'Fox's sour grapes'. They did not get a chance or are not bright enough to go there and work. When they preach patriotism, they conveniently forget what our own great saints have said. "Vasudha Eva Kutumbakam. All earth is my family." It is the NATURE man. Even the BIRDS keep migrating for better life conditions.

I bet, these persons would send their kids to US or Europe at the first chance they get and will then boast about it.
