The past NDA goverment is respnsible for Naxal Growth.Naxals have established various bases across the country during thier rule but they choose to be ignorant.Also now the present UPA government is watching the tamasha instead of declaring it a natinal Law&order Problem.It is shameful that they are calling it a Socio-Econmic problem and States issue.
