I will tell you one thing MR.Vinay if Kashmir would have been state like UP,Mharashtra etc from where the votes decide the Central govt to be formed because there are much more no of constituencies in the4se states with respect to Kashmir,Kashmir solution would have been long achieved. Ther are only 7 constituencies in Kashmir during elections so that doesnot bother any party
