Should Muslims be Educated and brought into stream?

Its sad to note that now Muslims have become a pain for the world as they are not illiterate. Who made the policy of keeping them illiterate?

If those learned (supposed to be) people have devised proper policy then they would have not seen this day.

Stills its not late. Bring them into the main stream and you will be happy.
