Ours is a typical case of Land grabing backed by the post bearers of SP in UP. Inspite of having all the property papers we are just running around various courts (from 5 years) which give us nothing but another date for the hering. On the other hand the oponents backed by the SP netas give us life threats. I can not log an FIR for a case which is already in the courts and i can not detail everything about the case here.
