Why Indians Can't Produce better Presidents

Out of One Billion, Why Indians choose only Old people for president role? First Citizen of India needs to be oldest??
they can't even walk properly.They better sit at home and take care of grand childern.
Let's allow youth in all political positions. Lets pump some energy and creativity in this lazy politics.
