With over 60% illiterate and ignorant population ,India is a fiefdom of the Nehru Gandhi dynasty, no wonder the only qualification of this lady is that she has been thier loyal supporter.The Congress needs rubber stamps and such people are willing rubber stamps like the great Oxford educated PM of this country.
