Agricultural Land

Thanks for the eye opener!
I intend to purchase an agricultural land for farming or Animal Husbandry. I found out on internet that people do provide farmers certificate from Rajasthan. If this is fake, then what is the right process for a non farmer in Maharashtra to obtain the farmers certificate and enter in farming profession. Please help. My email is irfansj@gmail.com
