kudhos to tantriji. when rules can be over looked then any body can enter into parliment, into cricket filed, into colleges , into operation theatre.
there is reason behind rule.as long as rule is there we have to follow.whether it is customary or legal rule. if majority feels rule is no more relavant you have to first scrap it but dont try to over take.this simple sense one shoul have. then no problem arises.
