Sc reserves the order
by PARAG V MULEY on Jun 11, 2007 07:25 PM

Why SC always reserves its order for later date on all the important issues. What is the problem in giving its verdict as soon as it has reached on it.

Reserving the verdict may result in abuse and unduly pressures from outside on the issue. We belive that SC is the only fair institution left ion the country but still nothing is full proof.

The verdict in the present case will be a land mark judgement if it goes in favour of the petitioner. But then Parliament will immediately bring the new law to counter the same.
