Instead of making too much noise, the developed nations should evolve, a broad based policy to share relevant technologies needed for sustainable development, so that dependance on fossil fuels is reduced to a minimum extent.
On this issue, in addition to involving the G5 countries, developed nations should involve countries, that emit significant amount of pollutants, including CFCs, into the atmosphere.
