Ban Shiv Sena instead, who restore to cheap gimmicks n hooliganism every now n then n disruot the services of the country. Its true college students or others who misuse orkut they should be punished or warned severely or orkut can take precautions before anybody publishes some trash in it. But banning is not any solution.
