CDM - A means to hide pollution by Developed Countries
by virendra pal on Jun 07, 2007 10:40 PM

The Clean Development Mechanism providing some money to developing countries, for the carbon credits achieved by them, can be said as a means to hide the scale of pollution done by developed countries...and to overlook the responsibilities
caused because of that...By the way, it is also said that it is just a kind of imperialism, compelling developing countries to reduce pollution even though their donors are not doing it in their own territory...I don't know how much it will help, when it is said that the major contribution of global warming is by developed countries.....
