Kiran Bedi will be the right woman President as it needs adequate courage to pronounce strictly non prejudicial and judicial verdicts to implement popular programmes for which such president should be given adequate powers to independently rule out even the cabinet decisions most of which are not popular welfare oriented but vote bank oriented!
