HINDU, TEMPLEand ENTRY
by Sadhan Pande on Jun 08, 2007 02:41 PM

5)Temple behaviors are well defined for all categories with faith for %u201CGOD%u2019!Respective persons will follow his own prescribed method, no scope for any personal ego%u2019 or %u2018whimse%u201D
6)Ruler(king , but now the parliament) has certain specific duties towards observances of %u2018shastric%u2019 principles! A trouble maker is to be punished !
7) There are more, but not quoted now !
In present context, since India is, governed by a constitution , %u2018secular%u2019 which observes an attitude of%u2019 neutrality and impartiality%u2019 towards all religions, in which relation of man and man , NOT of man and GOD is the concern of the state! The freedom to manage its own affairs in matters of religion , is guaranteed in the constitution! Regulation by the state cannot interfere with things which are religious. . A court can determine if anything practice is against public health or public morality (not an individual%u2019s EGO !)
So trying to bring a LAW to overrule any %u2018shastric%u2019 principle will be interference towards the performances of %u2018hindu%u2019 faith and so is unconstitutional ! NUMBER POWER EXIHIBITION OF PARLIAMENTARIANS, TRYING TO FORCE AN ISSUE , IS MEAN AND SHOULD BE PUNISHABLE! AS THERE IS NO LAW NOW TO THAT EFFECT , WE ARE DEMANDING FOR AN ENACTMENT OF THAT LAW FIRST!
