This is an alter rubbish going on in this forum..BJP communal..Congress minority etc..These reason are absurd go already has uniform civil code..Congress has won not because it is secular but because two villians of Regional Plan 2011 Babush Monseratte quit the congress..and the second one parrikar..if BJP had projected Shripad Naik as CM candidate then BJP tally will be impressive..By the way church advised not to vote for corrupt forces ie congress..hence there was lot of words between congress and Church..But Catholics votes as per their senses ..eg Babush..the entire church was against him but still he won with impressive margin..This election was fought on goan Identity..To throw out bengalis form goa!!!!
