The problem with Hinduism ( Caste based) ..I can easily convert to to a Muslim or a Christian and learn the bible or Quran and become a Pastor or a Preacher in a mosque.
Would the so called bhrahmins let me convert into a bhrahmin and learn all the books and let me do pooja in a temple? That is the reason why no one wants to convert into a Hindu.
Religion and Caste is the biggest problem in India. Governement should ban religion and worship in public. If someone want to practice religion , they can do it in their own homes.
Also give add every religion and caste under the sun in the reservation list and make it 100% reservation. Then everyone will be happy. If you are good enough you will get a job ..
