Indian people are still as soft as they always were, and neighbours are still as cruel as they always used to be. Security most important, and can be best achieved by not compromising on Nuke tech. America is not concerned about Indian security, why would hey be? Its Indians only who has to think about their own security, and Indian Govt must not give up right to Test and reprocessing the fuel.
